a day with dad,

Not that nothing happy happened...

I had dinner at Shokudo at The Heeren with some of the guys the other weekend. Swimming was enjoyable, at any time; so is running, cycling and playing basketball. Of course, it would include my training.

Other than that, I did meet up with Yu Ting. She's doing fine, but only keeping in touch with her TJC friends. She would be flying to England, University College, London, to study arts in September. Nothing interests her as much as arts. James would be studying overseas too, also flying off in September. 2 more months to go, we should probably meet up again before the 4 years of distance.

On the 16th June, we celebrated Florence's birthday with the Jeremys, Chia Hui and Dhatch at Teo Heng. I think the cake could be better though. Any one from Angie The Choice or Awfully Chocolate. Money constraint, oh well. At least it was fun.

So it was Father's Day yesterday. I had thought it to be last week, since I had the impression it was last week. Last week was National Poomsae. All I could say is I did well since I made no mistakes other than the parts which I couldn't correct. Silver, again. It was a close call this time round, being 0.1 and 0.2 ahead of the other 3 participants. While the gold medalist? 1.0 point leading. I wonder how she did it.

Awaiting the award ceremony, AiZhen & I went to Suntec Convention Centre to find the guys. It was supposed to be this way, apparently it did not happen. Took the card, bought the Zen, ate our lunch at 5pm, McDonald's delivery to Pacific City and returned the card. And I only took 16min to and fro Creative store -.- At least it was funny to think about it haha. Plain childishness though........ Bad influence.

Back to Father's Day. Dad took me to ParkRoyal Hotel which he said was Plaza Hotel sometime somehow. Whichever the case, we had our buffet dinner at Plaza Brasserie, upon his friend's invitation.
