Marina Square Road Show

This time it's only for a duration of 3 days because it's just a road show. As usual we were trying hard to persuade people to buy our stuffs so we would get our commission. But hello, I speak with sincerity to all our potential customers.

So I sold 3 laptops and 3 ipods which means total pay would be $216. The only guilt I still have in me was that, I was supposed to 'deliver' this laptop to him, a 42km sundown finisher sponsored by adidas, but CL did me the favour instead. I hope he doesn't have a bad impression on me coz I like having good impressions left behind.

Actually, who would come to a mall like marine square, with the mindset of getting a notebook/ipod? Sales was bad but it's sufficient for me. I just feel really bad for yx for not selling any notebook. It takes luck to sell one. Maybe he used it up during the last IT show.

There was little crowd on friday, more on sat, even lesser on sun. Conclusion is, working people don't like to get out to shop on sundays. They'd prefer fri/sat where they can stay out late. Like the club we went to - Dbl 0 at mohammed sultan road. Nightlife is soooo bustling before 2am and we couldn't even find a place to stand. Being unofficially 18, The Arena (clarke quay) rejected me! I would never forget. Haha.

So here comes the most important part:

With so little potential customers, basically we chatted our way through the entire thing. The most funny part was, Billy Bombers became our lunchtime favourite. The Obama burger was 1 for 1 and only gab and I got a pair of vouchers for some other discounts. The weird thing is, they only gave it to us when we all went on the same day. But we shared among ourselves and all ate the fish & fries 1 for 1 on sat/sun. 'Cause sat hs ate with us, he didn't had a partner so we went KFC instead. (we have coupon for that too).

It's like spending quality time together with friends in a 3 day camp. We had loads of fun joking laughing playing and just doing nothing. Though I wasn't close to them but I don't don't like them. Well I like all my friends bascially and they are, indeed my friends. They're a funny bunch of people no wonder they all click so well. Some things can't be put to words. I can only say I had my share of fun and joy. I knew them better, but still I'm quite shocked to read their blogs. Well the inner mind is different from what you perceive.

I owe bryan $1 and yx $0.70 am I that broke yes I am. I'm still waiting for my pay.... Awaits the next road show with the same people haha. Plus Zachary. He had an eye infection, that's sad. Relive the 牛老师 times. WE ARE GOING POOL ON THURSDAY YAY! it's been a year or over that now. Aidan, where are you?
